1 บทนำ
บริษัท ซิส ซอฟท์เทค จำกัด ("บริษัท") เป็นผู้พัฒนาและให้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน SiS4School ซึ่งเป็นระบบบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนแบบครบวงจร บริษัทตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และมุ่งมั่นดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
นโยบายนี้ใช้กับผู้ใช้งานทุกกลุ่ม ได้แก่ ครู ผู้ปกครอง ผู้บริหาร และนักเรียน
2 ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
2.1 ข้อมูลระบุตัวตน
- ชื่อ-นามสกุล และคำนำหน้านาม
- เลขประจำตัวประชาชน (13 หลัก)
- วันเดือนปีเกิด และเพศ
- รหัสผู้ใช้งาน
2.2 ข้อมูลติดต่อ
- ที่อยู่ปัจจุบันและภูมิลำเนา
- หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และอีเมล
2.3 ข้อมูลชีวมิติ (Biometric Data)
- ภาพใบหน้าและข้อมูลการจดจำใบหน้า (Face Recognition) สำหรับระบบเช็คเวลาเข้า-ออก
- Face Descriptor (ข้อมูลเชิงตัวเลขสำหรับการจดจำใบหน้า)
- ลายนิ้วมือ / Face ID สำหรับการเข้าสู่ระบบแอปพลิเคชัน
2.4 ข้อมูลการศึกษา
- ผลการเรียน คะแนน และประวัติการศึกษา
- ข้อมูลการเข้าเรียนและการเช็คชื่อ
- ข้อมูลพฤติกรรมและความประพฤติ
- ข้อมูลกิจกรรมชุมนุม และการเยี่ยมบ้าน
2.5 ข้อมูลทางการเงิน
- ข้อมูลค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษา (ค่าเทอม) และประวัติการชำระเงิน
- ข้อมูลงบประมาณโรงเรียน
2.6 ข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (Location)
- พิกัด GPS สำหรับระบบเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียน
2.7 ข้อมูลการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน
- Log การเข้าใช้งาน
- Device Token สำหรับการแจ้งเตือน
3 วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บและใช้ข้อมูล
- การบริหารจัดการโรงเรียน — เช็คชื่อ บันทึกคะแนน ติดตามพฤติกรรม
- การยืนยันตัวตน — เข้าสู่ระบบและการจดจำใบหน้าสำหรับการลงเวลา
- การแจ้งเตือน — ส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือนผ่าน Push Notification, Telegram และ SMS
- การจัดการทางการเงิน — บันทึกและติดตามค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษา
- การเยี่ยมบ้าน — บันทึกพิกัดสถานที่เยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียน
- การรายงานและสถิติ — จัดทำรายงานสำหรับผู้บริหารโรงเรียน
- การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย — ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5 การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
- ข้อมูลทั้งหมดจัดเก็บบน Cloud Server ที่ DigitalOcean, Singapore
- การส่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดเข้ารหัสด้วย SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
- รหัสผ่านถูกเข้ารหัสก่อนจัดเก็บ
- ข้อมูล JWT Token ใช้สำหรับการยืนยันตัวตนและมีอายุจำกัด
- ข้อมูลชีวมิติถูกเข้ารหัสก่อนจัดเก็บในฐานข้อมูล
- มีการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตามบทบาทของผู้ใช้งาน (Role-Based Access Control)
6 ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
บริษัทเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตลอดระยะเวลาที่โรงเรียนเป็นสมาชิกของระบบ SiS4School เว้นแต่:
- โรงเรียนร้องขอการลบข้อมูล
- มีข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายให้ดำเนินการเป็นอย่างอื่น
7 สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล
ภายใต้ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ท่านมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้:

8 ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์
SiS4School ให้บริการแก่สถาบันการศึกษาซึ่งมีผู้เยาว์ (นักเรียน) เป็นผู้ใช้งาน การเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์ดำเนินการโดย:
- ได้รับความยินยอมจากโรงเรียนในฐานะตัวแทนของผู้ปกครอง
- ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการศึกษาเท่านั้น
- ไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลผู้เยาว์แก่บุคคลที่สามโดยไม่จำเป็น
9 การแจ้งเตือนผ่านช่องทางภายนอก
- Push Notification — ผ่านอุปกรณ์มือถือของผู้ใช้
- Telegram — ส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติสำหรับเหตุการณ์สำคัญ
- SMS — ส่งข้อความสั้นในกรณีที่จำเป็น
ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถปิดการแจ้งเตือนผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ได้ในการตั้งค่าระบบ
10 การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา โดยจะแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้งานทราบผ่านแอปพลิเคชันหรืออีเมล การใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันต่อเนื่องหลังจากการแก้ไขถือเป็นการยอมรับนโยบายใหม่

SIS SOFTTECH CO., LTD. ("Company", "we", "us") develops and operates SiS4School, a comprehensive school management application. We are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

- GPS coordinates for student home visit records

- All transmission encrypted via SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
- Passwords are hashed before storage

- Biometric data encrypted before database storage
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implemented
6 Data Retention
We retain personal data for the duration of the school's membership with SiS4School, unless:
- The school requests data deletion
- Legal requirements mandate otherwise

8 Children's Privacy
SiS4School serves educational institutions with minor students. We:
- Collect student data with consent from the school as representative of parents/guardians
- Use student data solely for educational purposes
- Do not disclose minor data to unnecessary third parties
9 External Notification Channels
- Push Notifications — via users' mobile devices
- Telegram — automated event notifications
- SMS — text message notifications when required
System administrators can configure notification settings in the admin panel.
10 Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified through the application or via email. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
